Meet Angela

My spiritual awakening started later in life, I'm an engineer and very left brained (analytical), but as far back as I can remember I was always empathic, had healing hands, and seemed to have a highly intuitive way of knowing how things would turn out.

After my mom passed away and having overwhelming stress in my work life, I knew it was time to focus on healing, that's when I discovered Reiki, the Entelechea Center, and unlocked my gifts. I found my true calling in helping others on their healing and spiritual awakening journey, which has been life changing and transformative in the most amazing way!

I soon became an Usui Reiki Master, Light Energy Weave Healer, Streams of Light Practitioner, Animal Healer and Communicator, Intuitive/Oracle Card Reader, Psychic Medium/Channeler, Anu Kri Healer, and soon QHHT Apprentice.

Everyone's journey is completely unique, so every session is focused on your needs. I use your inputs and my intuition, intertwining messages from your guides, creating the best and most needed type of healing or reading session.

And yes, I also do this for your pets!

​During a session, all you need to do is breath! Deep relaxing breathes, while keeping your mind clear, allowing the energy to work!

As old emotions come up, take deep breathes and avoid holding onto or re-burying those feelings. When emotions and energies are ready to be released, you might experience muscles twitching, sneezing/coughing/throat clearing, and tears. This is all part of the process and completely normal. 

At the end of a session and afterwards, you will want drink to plenty of water and ground yourself which can be done by drinking tea or eating dark chocolate, you can also just step outside in nature, hug a tree and feel that connection.

By releasing stuck energies and emotions, you tap into the true healing process resulting in feelings of relief and lightness.​

Each session can vary significantly; some may feel a gentle wave of energy flowing through them, while others might experience intense emotions or vivid imagery. It's common clients to enter a meditative state, allowing them to connect with their inner selves. Ultimately, the experience is unique to each individual and can change from session to session, reflecting their current state of being and personal journey.

Energy healing can be beneficial when practiced regularly, and many find that monthly sessions provide optimal results. The frequency can vary based on individual needs and goals. I also recommend your very first session to be in person, so that the practitioner can walk you through everything and provide any support needed. 

Personally, I incorporate energy healing into my daily routine, allowing me to maintain balance and enhance my overall well-being. It's important to listen to your body and adjust the frequency to what feels right for you.
